The licensee stated that she made sure to stock up on pull ups and have a towel in the bathroom as well. Licensee also added a box of spare clothes so something like this never happens again. The deficiency has been cleared. Based on interviews and record review the licensee did not ensure a child’s personal rights were met when a child was left in soiled clothing for an extended period of time.
