Director will need to prepare a written action plan detailing how every classroom will be sufficiently staffed at the facility. Based on observation and interviews. LPA observed 1 staff with 6 infantis in toddler classroom. This is an immediate risk to Health and Safety or Personal Rights risk to persons in care. During visit director moved staff around to the toddler room to be in compliance.
