licensee will submit a written plan on how staff will encourage children's safe play on the climbing structures and wil alsol conduct a staff training on safe play for toddlers. licensee will submit the plan and a signed list of staff that attended training to community care licensing by 5/12/26 a tour of the facility, interviews and record reviews which revealed a 2 year old child ran onto a play structure, fell and injured themselves. Staff did not discourage the child from running onto the structure which is meant for climbing only. The licensee will submit a plan of action to community care licening by 9/13/24 to ensure that ratios are met at all time in classrooms in the am and at the end of the day.
