LPA observed Infant #1 who was awake laying in a baby-bouncer which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. A "baby walker" means any article including a baby bouncer as described in paragraph (4) of subdivision (a) of Section 1500.86 of Part 1500 of Title 16 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
