Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed a bucket container used for hand washing after classroom projects. Director was advised not to use container for handwashing due to risk of contamination.
