Licensee also stated they would ensure children leaving the facility are sent home in a clean diaper. Based on records reviewed and interviews conducted, it was revealed that C1’s diaper was not changed prior to leaving the FCCH and as result C1 left FCCH with a soiled diaper. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care. Licensee also agrees to submit a written statement acknowledging she understands and abides the children’s personal rights. Licensee also agrees to submit the diaper logs to LPA.
