  Director hired companies to patched the leaks in ceiling and replaced the carpet in both infant rooms on 2/23/204 and 2/24/2024. Director submitted work order receipts. LPA observed the carpet wet and facility ceiling leaking in the infant room at time of visit on 2/212024. Parents and staff also stated the ceiling was leaking. If not corrected this possess a potential risk to children in care.
