  101238.2(g) · 101238.Outdoor Activity Space (g) The playground shall be enclosed by a fence to protect children and to keep them in the outdoor activity area. The fence shall be at least four feet high. Site Supervisor has not been utilizing the playground and will not use the playground until the fencing has been fixed. The School will be closed for Christmas break until January 8, 2024. An outside company is recommended to expedite the repair. Site Supervisor to notifiy CCL as soon as fencing has been completed. This regulation was not met as evidence by: The West facing fence measured between 3.5 feet and 3.7 feet tall. LPA Laird observed an approximate 8 foot drop on the other side of the fence, which poses an immediate risk to children in care.
