Information received through video Director is having all staff watch two videos on safety and supervision. Director also had an all staff meeting and had staff sign in. After completion of video, director is having each staff member sign off on a document. Director will send documents via email to LPA by 07/23/2025. surveillance obtained from director. It indicated children were left unsupervised in the school aged classroom for more than 3 minutes. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care. An immediate $500 civil penalty is being assessed.
