  101238(a) · Buildings and Grounds. The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors.

  LPA observed children playing in the outside play area without shoes. One railroad tie has splintered on the side, Director immediately placed two wooden steps on either side of the splintered railroad tie. LPA spoke with licensee, Nancy Fuller, over the phone. Licensee will cut, sand and rotate the railroad tie. Licensee will send in a photograph of correction to the Fresno Community Care Licensing office by 9/2/21. resulting in a thin piece of wood with jagged and pointed edges. This is an immediate personal rights, health and safety risk to children in care. SUPERVISOR'S NAME: Michael Duarte
