  LPA observed that licensee has rearranged the furniture in the daycare room to make the area safer for children in care. LPA observed Licensee has since placed a large carpet and padded foam play matts in the daycare area. Through evidence obtained, it was revealed that a child sustained multiple injuries while in care due to safety hazards in the childcare area that were identified by the licensee but were not corrected. This posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
