Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (1) Fireplaces and open face heaters shall be screened to prevent access by children. This regulation was not met as evidenced by Licensee states she will obtain criminal record clearance or exemption for A2 and until then A2 will not be present at the faciilty when daycare children are present. Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation at 12:20pm, LPA observed backyard to have various hazards such as loose cinderblocks, gardening tools stored accessible, corners piled with ladder and various debris, and dog feces through out the grass area.
