observation and an interview conducted during today’s inspection Licensee stated she shall have the legal gurdians of these children drop them off directly at the facility. Licensee shall also watch a CCL (Community Care Licensing) video on transporting children. LPA observed and Licensee admitted to transporting 5 children in a vehicle equipped to transport 4 children. This poses as an immediate risk to the health safety and or personal rights of children in care. The Licensee and other personnel as specified shall complete training on preventive health practices including pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. Licensee stated S1 shall enroll into an approved Title 22 regulations CPR course.
