Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that the gray carpets/circle time rugs in Room 1 and Room 3 showed dark marks and staining. During the outdoor inspection, LPA observed that the temporary fencing installed to cover a missing section of the exterior fence was loose and not anchored appropriately, leaving some gaps/openings where children could potentially abscond from the playground.
