Deficient Practice Statement At 12:20 PM, LPA observed Adult 1(A1) providing care for children in care. A1 is not associated to facility. Upon further review, Licensee provided documents showing fingerprint cleerance request. LPA reviewed paperwork and logged onto Guardian which stated further documents needed. LPA provided letter to Licensee and A1 at time of inspection. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care at time of inspection. POC Due Date: 10/25/2021
