  101223(a)(3) · (a) The licensee shall ensure ..the following personal rights:(3) To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse...: including eating, sleeping...This regulation has not been met as evidenced by One on one traninings held with all staff 4/9-4/10 for personal trainings. All staff attended a training on personal rights, redirection, safe space, appropriate language and challenging behaviors on 4/11/25. Additional cameras have been installed and staff has been dismissed from the facilty.
