  Licensee will put cleaning supplies back in thier perspective places the gates will be closed when children are present. The stove will be fixed an put back in place. All issues will be resolved by 11/13/24. Licensee will send photo proof by POC date. Based on observation and interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in that the main home was full of clutter and hazzarduos chemicals in reach of children which poses a potential health, safety or personal risk to children in care.
