All infant food was removed during inspection. Licensee will create written plan for food preparation and have all infant read and sign plan. Plan will be emailed to LPA by POC date 7/3/23. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed infant cereal and jars of baby food in a crate in the corner between the trash can and the changing table. LPA observed baby formula stored in the storage area under the changing table, and a can of formula in the diapering area that was just used to prepare a bottle, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
