  This deficiency was corrected on this visit. Effective immediately, the site administrator will allow parents and authorized representative's inside the facility. Based on interviews, it was revealed that parents and authorized representative's are not being allowed inside the facility due to Covid-19 restrictions imposed by management. This poses a potential health, safety, and personl rights hazard to children in care.
