Director agrees to develop a Staffing Plan to ensure that the children in care are always supervised by Qualified Staff Members at all times. Director will submit the developed plan in writing to LPA via email by the POC due date. Based on LPAs observations and record reviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above staff S. Santana only having a Child Development Assistant Permit issued by CTC and six (6) ECE units from Santa Monica Community College, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPAs provided Director the Staff Qualifications informational flyer as reference.

Licensee will submit a plan of correction to the Department by 8/30/24.
