LPA observed Child #1's Epinephrine Injection did not come with the label direction as prescribed by physician and expired on Per Licensee Heller, the child will not return until an unexpired Epi-pen is provided. Licensee is to submit a Declaration indicating that she has read the regulation and will comply at all times. May 2021. C1 is not present during this inspection.
