  102425(j)(4)(5)(A) · 102425(j)(4)(5)(A) (j) The provider shall supervise infants....the following requirements: (4) The provider shall be near enough to the sleeping infant to be able to hear them wake up. (5) If the infant is sleeping in a separate room from where the provider is stationed, the door to the room the infant is sleeping in shall remain open at all times. (A) The provider shall be able to visually observe the infant without moving the door. Licensee will ensure that when infants are sleeping in another room from where the provider is stationed, the door shall remain open at all times. This requirement has not been met as observed by; LPA Clayton observed an infant a room, in a crib, alone with the door closed. Licensee and assistant will watch videos of Supervising Children in Family Child Care at www.ccld.gov, and provide LPA Clayton with a signed declaration of the understanding of Supervision.
