Based on the information gathered through today’s interviews with staff and director, it was revealed that, on the day of the incident, staff did not have visual supervision of when child 1 inserted his finger in the red classroom door jamb causing child’s finger to be pinched by the door https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/child-care-center-operators/supervising-children-in-child-care-centers/ Director will also research the possibility of usuing door jamb cover and will notify LPA via email.
