101226(C) · The licensee shall obtain emergency medical treatment without specific instructions from the child's authorized representative if the authorized representative cannot be reached immediately, or if the nature of the child's illness or injury is such that there should be no delay in getting medical treatment for the Declarations obtained during inspection from all staff ensuring proper procedures are followed if the nature of the child's illness or injury is such that there should be no delay in getting medical treatment. Per administrator, a staff meeting will be conducted to all ensure staff follow proper procedures when child.

The delay in calling for emergency medical care compromised the child’s health and safety handling child’s medical needs so that there are no delays in getting medical treatment for any child in need. Administrator, will have staff watch Health and safety training on https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/child-care-center-operators/health-and-safety-training/ , review daily health checks and will also review form LIC627A, Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment. Per Aremi, on August 31st a training will be completed by all staff, CPR, First Aid and which includes how to respond to drug related issues.
