Based on record review and observations, ALE sources have been remediated and have results that show no ALE. Per FR, water sources have also not been used as a source of drinking water and have been using water jugs in classrooms. LPAs observation confirm. Deficiency cleared. Based on record review the Licensee did not ensure water sources at facility to meet lead requirements. Lead test results showed that two water sources have an action level exceedance.
