Staff 2 (S2) agreed to the following two POCs: 1) Facility agrees to remove the playhouse from the facility and provide proof to LPA by 8/27/2021; 2) Since Facility is acquiring a new playhouse, Facility agrees to add a “playhouse” category to the Daily Classroom & Based on interview, observation, and record review, the facility did not ensure that the outdoor playhouse is free of wasp and hornet nests, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
