102417(g) · 102417(g) Operation of a Family Child Care Home The home shall be free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child. This regulation was not met as evidenced by Licensee states he will clean up area and provide photo proof to LPA via email by POC date. LPAs observated multiple cobwebs on bicycles and large wooden play structure as well as dog feces below wooden play structure where children play. Licensee states he cleans up every 2 days but has had no kids in care for over a week. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
