101216.4(a)(2) · 101216.4(a)(2) Preschool Program with Toddler Component (2) The toddler program shall be conducted in areas physically separate from those used by older or younger children.
Per Director, they will not combine children. Director will submit staff hour sheet to prove that staff are available for end of day care in each room. LPA obtained written declaration from Director stating that they would not longer have the preschool children in the same room as the Toddler children.
