Based on interviews conducted by LPA Mireya Garcia on September 21, 2022 and October 12, 2022, it was determined that the personal rights of Child #1 were violated by Staff #1 and by Staff #4 on two separate occasions. Per Principal, she will have parent meeting to address Parental and Authorized Representative's Rights to ensure District policies are in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and will then submit the meeting agenda/materials to CCLD by or before 06/17/22 in order to clear this citation. Based on LPA’s interviews conducted disclosures confirmed by staff that incident took place where parent asked to come inside facility and Principal denied parent entry. Interviews with ten day care parents confirm that parents are denied entry and are not allowed to enter the facility due to COVID. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
