Per Principal they are now removing magnets from doors keeping doors lock. In the afternoon areas outside are condesed Prrincipal will conduct a staff meeting discussing licensing visit and will provide trainings on supervision with staff. Resources provided from the Technical Based on interviews the licensee did not comply in the section above in that children were unsupervised on 1/5/24 child went inside class, 1/17/24 two children were left unattended in bathroom & 1/17/24 child left classroom. Lead Teacher states only one person will be assigned to the restrooms and children will probably be going into the restrooms in the classrooms. LPA will be sent a statement from Lead Teacher.
