(4) All toilets, handwashing and bathing facilities shall be maintained in safe and sanitary operating condition. Additional equipment, aids and/or conveniences shall be provided as needed in centers that serve children with physical disabilities.
Principal Robinson will ensure handwashing stations are in safe and sanitary operating condition. Principal Robinson will ensure that the freshwater container is filled as needed and replaced immediately when empty. POC will be cleared by visit. Based on observation of sink located next to the changing table in the infant room to be inoperable LPA opened the cabinet door beneath the sink and observed two containers. One container is designated for fresh water and the other for wastewater. LPA observed the freshwater container to be at empty at the time of the inspection which poses a potential health and safety risk.
