101223(a)(1) · (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This regulation was not met as evidenced by Principle will have staff attend the art of descalation training and PBIS training on personal rights. Principle will submit agenda and sign in sheet by 10/30/25. Based on LPA interviews, it was confirmed that children's personal rights were violated. Interviews confirmed that child was handled in a rough manner. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
