Per Center Director, water safety ratios of 1 adult to every six children will be implemented immediately and regulation will be reviewed with staff. Meeting Agenda and sign in signatures of staff in attendance will be submitted via emial to LPA Henandez by POC due date. Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in At 11:50AM, LPA Luque Avila observed Staff #1 outdoors with 7 children engaged in a water activity.
