At the time of this visit, Licensee removed the scissors making them inaccessible to children. The Licensee locked the shed/storage unit in the play yard, making the hazardous items inaccessible to children. The Licensee removed the knives from the kitchen cabinet and the cleaning supplies from During a walk through of the physical plant, LPAs observed adult scissors in each classroom, accessible to children. At 9:08AM, LPAs observed a shed/storage unit in the outside play yard containing hazardous cleaning compounds (such as Comet, Lysol, Bleach, Rubbing Alcohol and Floor Polish) unlocked and accessible to children. At 9:23AM, LPAs observed knives in the kitchen cabinet and cleaning supplies underneath the kitchen sink left unlocked and accessible to children. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. underneath the kitchen sink, making them inaccessible to children. Deficiency was cleared at the time of visit.
