License, starting today will have assistant present at the facility during hours of operations to make sure ratios are being maintained. Licensee stated that assisant will work from 9:00am-4:00pm or more if needed. Licnesee and assistant will also watch video on cdss CCLD website on "How Based on interviews and record review, provider was alone with 10 children on varies occasions in the months of Sep., Oct. 2024 and having 13 children in care on Aug. 2, 2024 without an assistant present which poses, posed an immediate danger for children in care Many Children Can Attend A Family Child Care Home" and provide LPA with a summary of what was learned by POC date via email to LPA. 102416.5(a) · (a) The capacity specified on the license shall be the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time. This requiremnet is not met evidenced by Licnesee stated that she will ensure she is following her licenseced capacity number of children. Licensee will submit a declaration stating she will adhere to to all ratio and licensed capacity by POC date to LPA via email. Based on records review, Licensee did not comply with section cited above in that they were operating out of their licensed capacity on in the months of Sep.and Oct. 2024 having 13 children instead of 12, which poses, an immediate danger for children in care.
