Per Licensee she has modified the play areas to allow for visual supervision. In addition, licensee has removed the privacy tent from the play area to ensure that children can be visually seen at all times, LPA verified this in person during inspections conducted on 06/12 & 06/21. Based on interview disclosures from staff and child #2 reveal an incident occurred back in 2022 where a child kissed another child while in care and staff providing care and supervision did not see incident occur. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. Also, Licensee has employed a new assistant effective May of 2023 to asssit in the supervision of children.
