Per Acting Principal will provide training to all staff in regards to sign in and out procedures to ensure compliance of Title 22 Regulations and to ensure that all children in care are sign in and out. LPA Garcia’s observation on 01/06/2022; observed that there were three (3) children with three (3) staff present in Room A. Upon review of the Sign in/Sign out sheets for the day, LPA García observed that the children that were present were not signed in. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. Acting Principal will then submit the training agenda, materials and staff sign in attendance for the training to LPA Garcia via email by or before 04/15/22 in order to clear this citation. Per Office Manager, she will communicate with Acting Principal and Director to have a training for all staff in regards to teacher qualifications and duties to ensure compliance of Title 22 Regulations and will then submit the training agenda, materials and staff sign in attendance for the training to CCLD by or before 03/25/22 in order to clear this citation. LPA’s interview disclosure confirmed by staff that incident took place on January 4th & 5th where Staff #1 was in and out of the classroom leaving the aides in the classroom providing the care and supervision of children in care. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
