Licensee agrees to be present at the facility unless circumstances require the licensee to be temporarily absent from the home. Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day. The licensee submitted a Declaration (LIC855) ensuring future compliance of the 102417(a) regulation. Based on observation and interviews, Licensee is not present at the facility every Thursday and Friday of the week, which poses an immediate Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to children in care.
