POC Plan: Per Principal, she will conduct training for all staff regarding children’s personal rights in child care in addition, review of CCL Children’s Personal Rights in Child Care video https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/child-care-center-operators/childrens-personal-rights-in-child-care/ LPAs interviews conducted with staff reveal, disclosures were made regarding a Personal Rights violation conducted by Staff #1. More than one (1) Staff confirmed this information. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. Staff will provide a video written response and compliance plan.
