Staff removed the heater from the childcare room and placed in area not accessible to children. Licensee provided a written plan on how they will replace the radiating heated with heater that is safe to the touch. LPA observed a Presto Heat Dish on a table inside the activity room of the facility. The heat dish is observed to be glowing red and hot to the touch (photo taken). Per licensee, the children will not be allowed access to the trampoline. The trampoline will be removed by end of day and photo proof of removal will be sent to department via email. LPA observed a trampoline in the backyard accessible to children in care. The safety net and spring cover were torn exposing the springs (photo taken).
