Per Principal, they will have a staff meeting to review Personal Rights and conduct training on approaches to children who are not cooperating. Signed attendance sheet and copy of meeting agenda will be sent to LPA by POC due date. Based on interviews adn staffs' statements, Licensee did not sure that Child #1 was accorded dignity, as staff disclosed that Staff #2 pulled on Child #1 against their own volition.
