Principle will conduct a training on personal rights and child abuse and submit to the department the agenda and sign in sheet by 4/24/2026. Based on interviews, it has been confirmed that childrens personal rights have been violated on 2 occasions. 2 Children were restrained to prevent access to food and to play areas which poses a potential health and safety risk or personal rights risk to children in care.
