This regulation was not met as evidenced by Principle has removed staff from the site since 4/9/2024, a personal rights training was last conducted on 8/28/25. A training was conducted after the incident on 8/8/2024. Plan of correction corrected on 10/25/2025. Based on LPA interviews, it was confirmed that children's personal rights were violated. Interviews confirmed that a child was grabbed and forced to sit down. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
