Director will ensure that all children in care receive a complete lunch during the scheduled lunchtime Per Title 22. An in-service training will be conducted with all staff by POC Due Date, outlining the procedures to follow when a child arrives without lunch. Staff will notify Director. Staff will check child’s file for dietary restrictions or allergies. Staff will provide an appropriate alternative meal abiding by Title 22 regulations Food Services. Director will submit in-service with attendees’ signatures by POC Due Date via email to LPA Reyes. Based on interview and record review, the facility did not provide lunch for C1 during the facility scheduled lunch time. Goldfish and oranges were provided in replacement of lunch. This does not meet the required Title 22 regulations of Food Service for lucnh which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
