101220(a) · (a) Prior to, or within 30 calendar days following the enrollment of a child, the licensee shall obtain a written medical assessment of the child. This medical assessment enables the licensee to assess whether the center can provide necessary health-related services to the child. (1) Such assessment shall be performed by, or under the supervision of, a licensed physician, and shall not be more than one year old when obtained.

101700.3(b)(1) · (b) Testing results with fractional ppb readings of 0.5 ppb or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, before comparing to the Action Level. (1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedence Per director, the plan is to shut of the water in classroom 3 and 6. Call the plumber on Monday, May 8, 2023 to correct the issue. For water drinking, children in classrooom 6 use purified water bottles.
