The LIcensee will lock items & hold a meeting with staff to discuss the importance of inspection authority, submit roster of attendees signatures & view the videos at: https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/family-child-care-providers/community-care-licensing-inspection-authority/ Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having cleaning compounds, disinfectants, medications, and other hazardous items in unlocked storage areas in bedroom #1, kitchen, and bathroom accesible to children in care. Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (4) Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children. (A) Storage areas for poisons, firearms and other dangerous weapons shall be locked.
