(1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. LPA's observed sinks to be fully removed and replaced as construction took place in 2024. This requirement was not me at evidenced by inspection. Licensee did not comply with the directive above, as the exterior water fountain (D) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 6. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
