(e) If no assistant provider is present at a Large Family Child Care Home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home as specified in subsections (b) and (c). Staff will ensure that they are in compliance with Title 22 regulations regarding staffing ratios in a family child care homes at all times. This requireement was not met as evidenced by: LPA Clayton's observation of one teacher supervising 11 children, and the other teacher had left the property, and returned within 5 minutes, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
