    102370(d)(1) · 102370 (d)(1)-Criminal Record Clearance - All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing, or volunteering in a licensed facility:(1) Obtain a California clearance or a criminal record exemption as required by the Department Licensee understands that all adults living, working or visiting the home during day care hours must be fingerprint cleared through live scan. Also, if another adult is left with a child that they must also have current CPR and first aid. The licensee will submit a plan of correction that she understands by 3/28/24.

    During interviews with IB Investigator, Jose Santana it was disclosed that two adults (Adult 1 and Adult 2) have been on the premises without a fingerprint clearance. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care SUPERVISOR'S NAME: Maureen Neal

The licensee will ensure that infants are checked every 15 minutes while napping and document the napping on a log. This log must be kept for children under 2 years old for 3 years. Also licensee is required to have LIC 9227 to be signed by parents enrolling children under 1 year old.
