101238(a) · The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. A Daily Facility Safety Check checklist will be completed and signed by the staff member at the beginning and end of each day. A copy of the checklist must be sent to LPA by June 30, 2025. All facility staff will receive mandatory training on the updated Immediate Hazard Reporting Protocol, and the Daily Facility Safety Check procedures. Training agenda and attendance sheets will be maintained, and staff will demonstrate understanding through a brief review of the procedures during the training session. This must be completed on or before June 30, 2025, and submitted to LPA.
